RESPONSIBILITY
- Input data into HR System;
- Call candidates for tests and interview;
- Help organize job exhibitions and other job related events;
- Help interview candidates;
- Write minute reports and other reports;
- Prepare health check payment;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager;
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any other relevant fields;
- Be flexible and smart;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Good time management;
- Be honest and willing to learn new things;
- Be proficient in Ms office (Words and Excel)
- Chinese speaking is a plus;
- Attention to detail is an advantage;
