- Reporting Line: HR Intern report to HR & Admin Manager
- Period of Intern: 6 months
Main Duties
- Assist in all HR and Admin daily activities
- Assist in recording leave, overtime and attendance
- Involve in recruitment process in collecting job applications, arrange and coordinate the interview
- Involve in training process in announcing the training courses and pre-training communication with participants
- Assist in on boarding new employees, preparation and communication to ensure smooth on boarding process
- Arrange and coordinate in house training and other company’s events
- Other tasks assigned by HR and Admin Manager
Requirements
- Education Background: Junior or Senior student in Business Administration, Management or Human Resource
- Skill: Good command of English writing and speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email
- Can-do attitude and willing to learn
