Main Duties

• Preparing financial report for project business on monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Managing all accounting records for the company in compliance with accounting standards, company policies and procedures as well as government regulations 
• Preparing revenue structure to be aligned with progression stage for each project
• Managing costing (materials, labor & overhead) for each project
• Reconciling accrual account and AR account for each project
• Monitoring in issuing bills to be consistent with the project contract and project progression stage.
• Monitoring costing plan for each project again actual cost incurred
• Prepare tax account on monthly basis for the company.
• Coordinate and develop in annual budget plan.
• Manage, supervise, and provide capacity building to accounting team
• Work closely with Project Department Operation, Finance Manager and Stock Manager to ensure the good quality of financial report produced on time.
• Manage and maintain financial report and accounting transactions by using Odoo accounting system, the ERP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or Accounting
• At least 5-year experience in management accounting prefer in manufacturing or construction company
• Knowledge of local accounting & taxation standards
• Experience in operation accounting software in manufacturing or construction company
• Sound of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power point)
• Sound of leadership, communication, and management
• Very good in interpersonal relationship
• High patient and strong commitment
