Duties

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales and revenue targets through acquiring new customers and retain existing customers
• Negotiate sales contracts with prospective clients
• Help to determine pricing, promotions, and negotiations, and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities
• Leverage and expand customer relationship to maximize referral (customer to customer) and business opportunities
• Collect supporting documents and prepare credit application with provision of strong analysis, recommendation, and business justification
• Provide high standard of service to customers at all times and address customer’s complaints/issues in the professional manner
• Manage quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the company’s policies and procedures
• Be vigilant on any early credit warning signs and produce immediate report on potential financial or operations losses
• Stay updated with company’s product suite, marketing campaigns, competitor’s activities, and industry
