Duties

• Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies to achieve the annual budget.
• Conduct the market research and sale analysis to implement suitable and productive market development plan adjustment.
• Plan & implement promotional materials & programs.
• Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition.
• Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan.
• Prepare marketing and strategy plan.
• Prepare annual budget & monitor A&P expenses against the approved annual budget effectively.
• Target customers and provide supports to Sale Force for approaching customers.
• Basis relevant skills & techniques in approaching targeted customers.
• Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship.
• Lead & manage the assigned marketing team.
• Propose & select manpower for vacancies in the assigned territories.
• Coach, train, monitor & evaluate Marketing Team’s performance.
• Manage Marketing team’s working time & annual leave.
• Implement reports as per Dept’s request and product knowledge.
• Prepare monthly report to Business Unit Head.
• This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.
