Job Overview
This position will be strong responsible for cash holding related to the system that compare with cash in hand and cash in report, building a good relation with internal and external clients, working directly with clients, cash and other document support with system.
Key Responsibilities
- Make warm welcome to all customers and good communication with them
- Deliver to customers with effective and efficient banking products and services
- Ensure proper data entries and transactions of products and services provided to customers
- Cash handling
- Prepare routine records and reports required by supervisor and/or manager
- Do report to Head of Branch Teller and follow by introduction and manual of teller work flow.
- Directly meet and process with customers.
- Count and verify money clearly before cash in-out with document. Teller has to work closely with cash and customers.
- When doing cash flow in-out process, we must check denomination note clearly and avoid transferring or receiving counterfeit note.
- Entry data in system correctly.
- Must perform other duties as assigned
Key competencies required
- At least 3rd year of BBA Degress in related field
- Pleasant and friendly personality, Honesty
- Willing to work under pressure and over time
- Problem Solving, Flexibility & Adaptability, Resilience
- Understands all bank services
- Past relevant working experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are also welcome
- Broad understanding how bank operates
- Experience with cash holding, CBS system
- Good in English communication (both verbal and writing)
