• Reporting Line: Transport Intern report to Transport Manager
• Internship period: 6 months

Main Duties

• Support dispatcher for optimization of truck utilization
• Review the signed delivery notes of completed deliveries.
• Monitor the Trucks with the GPS System (Delays/Route Deviation from Journey Plan/ Unplanned Stops/etc.)
• Support in the Deviation Analysis (Incidents, Complaints, Product Losses, etc.)
• Coordinate checking invoice from transporter
• Support Fleet Supervisor for truck management and maintenance
• Coordinate transport meeting
• Other tasks assigned by Transport Manager

Requirements

• Educational background: A fourth year student or fresh graduate of Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Economic, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Admin or other related field
• Skills: Good command of English writing and speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email
• Can-do attitude and willing to learn
