The Role

Knight Frank is synonymous with some of the most exclusive real estate around the world. Cambodia is no exception and we are now seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Executive to assist our various business lines in providing a market leading service to our clients.

We are looking for our next best and brightest team member to work for the world’s largest independent real estate consultancy.

Duties

  • Manage the corporate website, research library, blogs, social media platform and e-marketing, revamp corporate website site structure, update and localise content and property listings, ensure property listings are always monitored, updated and content accurate and to monitor and fix all bugs and errors on current website
  • Manage a local digital plan that provides a 360 user experience–eMarketing, Social Media, Search Engine Marketing and Pay per click campaigns to drive traffic to corporate website or global property search engines but not 3rd party microsites
  • Monitor an annual calendar of business generation activities to support the firm’s business plan
  • Support and liaise with the departments of the 4 service lines to be kept abreast of their marketing activities and schedule to be able to assist and consult 
  • Ensure Corporate Profile is up-to-date and adheres to global brand guidelines
  • Ensure Pitch Documents are up-to-date, localised, and consistent across the service lines/respective departments and are of professional standards and adhere to global brand guidelines
  • Oversee various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends
  • Ensure all marketing collaterals have brand alignment with Knight Frank’s global brand guidelines
  • Create marketing documents, brochures and collaterals to support the respective service lines
  • Manage budget for contribution pages in Knight Frank annual publications - Private View, International View and Preview and distributions to strategic clients, media and hubs
  • Categorise client database for distribution of business generation tools (magazines/reports/invite list for events)
  • Develop CRM strategy for top 50 clients per market.

Requirements

  • Good command of English is required
  • Copywriting skills: effective for different styles: websites, twitter, Facebook and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Utilise HTML and Microsoft Office products, InDesign as well as photo/graphic editing software
  • Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and cooperative
  • Proactive
  • Strong sense of creativity with an eye for design and detail
  • Good personal presentation
  • +1/2 years’ experience
