1. Scope of working:

Leasing Supervisor will lead all leasing programs and activities including planning and development, leasing management and budget forecast to maximize rental for increasing profitability to the company.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

– Create and propose the concept for each leasing projects and make sure it happened.

– Tenant management (do tenant's mix planning, term& condition, maximize the tenant's occupancy, work with tenants to develop the retail standard.

– Collaborate with other departments for the improvement of tenant’s performance

– Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing, and short-term tenants.

– Research and report to Management on update retail market trend as well as competitors.

– Other tasks assigned by Management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

– Bachelor / Master’s Degree of Marketing, Business Admin or Management;

– At least 3 or more years of working experience of leasing and marketing;

– Have knowledge of a leasing, marketing and sales;

– Be an excellent communicator,  negotiator and think creatively ;

– Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner;

– High ability to communicate in Khmer, English and others language is an advantage;

– Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility;

– Good analytical and decision-making skills;

– Tactful and discrete when dealing with people.

4. Working Days and Hours:

– Monday to Half-Saturday Morning: 8:00am to12:00PM & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

– Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace

– Leasing Supervisor is based in Head Office of PH Retail, Leasing department.

6. Relationship

 –Leasing Supervisor works under supervise & report directly to Senior Leasing Manager.
