Job Title: IT Supervisor
Department: Operations Department
Report To: Logistic and Operations Manager
Supervise: IT Officer/Assistant

Job Summary:

• Managing & monitoring server/Email/ DVR/NVR/PBX/wireless/internet speed/ISP-modem/Mikrotik/Switch.
• Control and Monitoring for Installing and Configuring Computer Hardware Operating systems + Applications

Duties and Responsibilities (timeframe, details, appendix, reason):

• Monitoring & Maintenance Network, Computer OS and Installations
• Daily Check-Up Hardware and Accessories
• Managing & Monitoring Server/Email/DVR/NVR/PBX/Wireless/Internet Speed/ISP-Modem/
• Mikrotik/Switch
• Supporting All Department for PC, Laptop, Printer, Telephone, and Internet
• Networking & System Trouble Shooting, Diagnosing, Solving Hardware & Software
• Hardware Replacement as Required
• Sage Accpac System Supporting, Updating and Helpdesk
• CCTV Monitoring, Maintenance and Replacement
• Set Up and Configuring Hardware or Software. Manage Software License as (Window, Antivirus)
• Electricity Check & Testing on Computer Hardware and Equipment
• Adding or Create New User Account and Profile Dealing with Password
• Maintaining Existing Software and Hardware, Upgrading Any That Have Become Obsolete
• Identifying and Solving any Problems that Arise with Computer Networks and Systems
• Support the Roll-Out of New Applications. Manage and Setup Domain Hosting, Web Cpanel
• Work Continuously on a Task Until Completion (or Referral to Third Parties, If Appropriate)
• Consulting with Users to Specify System Requirements and Design Solutions
• Budgeting For Equipment and Assembly Costs for Assembling New Systems
• Rapidly Establish a Good Working Relationship with Customers and Other Professionals, Such as Software Developers (Campura, Ecam, Private Sector Company)
