Job Description

Purchasing

·        Responsible for the company’ssupply chain management, inventory control, shipping, logistics anddistribution.

·        Strong Negotiation Skills: Beable to negotiate price, terms and conditions for all purchased products

·        Manage all purchase agreementsand contracts with local and oversea vendors.

·        Review historical salestrends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statisticalforecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

·        Works with staff and suppliersto resolve various issues and problems such as acquiring new items, damagedproducts and handling returns.

·        Perform price research to makesure we get right and very efficiency purchasing prices.

·        Plans, organizes, assigns andreviews all demand planning, forecasting and procurement activities

Inventory and logistics Management

·        Weekly planning for delivery

·        Develop inventory strategieson existing items, new products, and product phase-out

·        Oversee receiving, warehouse,distribution and yard operations

·        Manage inventory control andreconcile with data inventory recorded

·        Create and implement newoperational processes to improve productivity and accuracy

Qualifications 

·        Minimum of 3 years of supplychain management experiences.

·        Strong in negotiation skilland price research

·        Strong interpersonal skillsand to be able to communicate effectively

·        Detail oriented, stronganalytical skills, team player

·        Proven ability to perform incomplex, fast-paced environment

·        Demonstrated success withbeing results and proactive solution driven, with strong ability to thinkcritically to overcome potential business hurdles to complete tasks.
